This drawing has been inspired by the idea of 'kiss curls'....when i was little we used to dampen a little lock of our hair, and form it into a curl right upon the cheek...we then would pat dry the excess water and use sticky tape to hold the curl in place until it dried...i think it's a 1920's flapper inspired look, but here, her whole head is a mass of curls and the text in the background
